You can expect your order to be shipped out within 2-4 business days (excluding pre-order items). Domestic orders are dropped to the post office at 4pm on business days (Mon to Fri). 

Please note that you may experience some shipping delays for both domestic and international due to the pandemic, weather and other events. 

We use AusPost as a primary delivery service. Should you wish to request an alternative arrangement this will have to be by agreement and arrangement with us.

International Duties & Taxes:

Shipments to certain countries & regions (mainly in Europe) may incur an importers tax fee collected by your local government customs, payable by the customer.

Return to Sender Items

If your parcel/product remains uncollected at your local postal office for an extended period of time, they may return your parcel to us (the sender). And it is the customers responsibility to pay for a reshipment.
